These terms govern the use of the website and the online booking/purchase of our services. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
2. Services
Music Hub offers, against payment: rehearsal-room and Live Room/studio bookings (per hour or package), music courses (monthly packages), equipment rental and gift vouchers. Each service, its content and price (in RON, VAT included where applicable) are shown clearly before checkout.
3. Orders & payment
- Orders are placed online through the booking/purchase forms.
- Card payments are processed securely by NETOPIA Payments and/or Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Prices are displayed in RON. The total — including any discount — is shown before you confirm and pay.
- A booking/purchase is confirmed only after the payment is authorised; you receive a confirmation by email.
4. Delivery of services
Services are delivered at our premises (Calea Baciului nr. 99, Cluj-Napoca, jud. Cluj, România) at the date and time selected, or — for courses — per the schedule agreed after enrolment. Gift vouchers and access codes are delivered electronically (email) immediately after payment. See the Service Delivery Policy.
5. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved slot for a full refund. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full conditions and the statutory right of withdrawal.
6. Obligations of the customer
- Provide accurate contact and billing data.
- Use the rooms, equipment and instruments responsibly; damage caused may be invoiced.
- Respect the venue rules and the scheduled time slots.
7. Liability
We are liable for delivering the booked service as described. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect data provided by the customer, force-majeure events, or misuse of equipment.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy in accordance with the GDPR.
9. Complaints & dispute resolution
Complaints can be sent to [email protected]. Consumers may also use the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), the alternative dispute resolution mechanism (SAL) and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (SOL/ODR).
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We may update them; the version in force is the one published on this page.
