Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel a room, Live Room or studio booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time slot and receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the slot are non-refundable, because the time slot is reserved exclusively for you and can no longer be offered to others.

• Email [email protected] with your booking name and date/time, or
• Call 0770 271 051 during opening hours.

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Processing is initiated within 14 days; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank / the processor (NETOPIA / Stripe).
• No fees are withheld for an eligible refund.

Instead of cancelling, you may reschedule to another available slot at no cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

For monthly course packages, contact us before the first lesson to cancel for a full refund. Once lessons have started, the unused portion may be refunded pro-rata at our discretion.

Vouchers are valid for the period stated on them. Unused vouchers may be refunded within the statutory withdrawal period (see below) if the code has not been redeemed.

Under Romanian and EU consumer law (GO 34/2014), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For services, if you expressly request that the service begins within this period and it is fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. For bookings scheduled in the future, the 24-hour rule above applies.

If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), use alternative dispute resolution (SAL), or the EU online platform (SOL/ODR).
