Equipment Use & Return Policy

This policy covers the rental of musical and audio equipment by Music Hub Transilvania S.R.L. for use at external events and concerts. It does not cover in-studio rehearsals (booked separately as rooms).

• Prices are per day, listed in EUR. The RON amount is calculated at the BNR (National Bank of Romania) exchange rate on the rental day.
• Payment is due before or on pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The rental day count starts at pickup and ends on return; a started day is charged in full.

• Pickup and return are done by the client, at our premises (Calea Baciului nr. 99, Cluj-Napoca, jud. Cluj, România), during opening hours. Transport is the client's responsibility.
• At pickup the client inspects the equipment and confirms it is in working condition. Any pre-existing issue must be noted at that moment.
• Equipment must be returned by the agreed time, in the same condition and complete (all cables, cases and accessories).
• Late return is charged as additional rental day(s).

For some items we may require a valid ID and/or a refundable security deposit, returned on the safe return of the equipment in good condition.

• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and within its technical specifications.
• Protect it from rain, moisture, excessive heat, impact and improper power supply.
• Subletting or transferring the equipment to third parties is not allowed without our written consent.

• The client is responsible for the equipment for the entire rental period, including against damage, loss and theft.
• Damage is charged at the cost of repair; loss or irreparable damage at the replacement value of the item.
• Report any incident to us as soon as possible.

Reservations cancelled with reasonable notice are not charged. For confirmed reservations cancelled at short notice we may retain part of the agreed amount. Contact us to arrange changes.
