Service Delivery Policy

1. Nature of our services

Music Hub provides on-site services and digital deliverables. There is no physical product shipping. "Delivery" means making the booked service or the purchased code/voucher available to you.

2. On-site services (rooms, Live Room/studio)

  • Delivered at our premises: Calea Baciului nr. 99, Cluj-Napoca, jud. Cluj, România.
  • At the exact date and time interval selected during booking.
  • The booking confirmation (with date, time and room) is sent by email immediately after a successful payment.
  • Please arrive at the start of your slot; the room is reserved exclusively for you for the booked duration.

3. Courses

  • After purchasing a monthly package you are contacted within 24 hours to set the lesson schedule with the teacher.
  • Lessons take place on-site according to the agreed schedule.

4. Gift vouchers & access codes

  • Delivered electronically (by email) immediately after the payment is confirmed.
  • The voucher contains a unique code and its validity period.
  • If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Delivery time & costs

Digital deliverables: instant (max. a few minutes) after payment. On-site services: at the scheduled slot. There are no delivery/shipping fees — the displayed price is the final price.

6. Problems with delivery
