Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum age to start?+
From age 5 for piano and drums, 6 for guitar and violin, 8 for singing and saxophone, 10 for bass, 14 for music production.
What if I don't like the first lesson?+
The first lesson is free. If for any reason you're not happy, you pay nothing — no questions asked.
How long is a session?+
A standard session is 1 hour. Duration can be adjusted based on age and level.
Can I pause my subscription?+
In exceptional circumstances we can defer lessons. Contact us for details.
What happens to unused lessons?+
Lessons can be rescheduled with advance notice. Unused lessons do not roll over automatically.
How do I pay for the subscription?+
Payment is made at reception (cash or card) or online via payment link. The subscription renews monthly.
